Foxgrove Keepsakes offers a unique selection of handcrafted keepsakes. The terms of service for Foxgrove Keepsakes are designed to ensure a transparent and satisfactory experience for all customers. By proceeding with a purchase, customers acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of these terms.

It's important to note that the terms may be subject to change, and as such, customers are encouraged to review them periodically, especially before making subsequent purchases. The use of personal pronouns (‘I’, ‘me’ and ‘my’) on the website and social media platforms is a reference to Victoria Reed, the dedicated owner and creator behind Foxgrove Keepsakes.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

I am not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by me.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SENDING YOUR CLOTHING
After your purchase you will receive an email confirmation from Foxgrove Keepsakes, this will include the address that clothing should be sent to along with additional information that should be included within the parcel.

When sending clothing to me, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the parcel is securely wrapped, the address clearly written and return address details are on the reverse side.

For this I would highly recommend sending them in a waterproof mailing bag using a trusted service with recorded delivery or via a courier – that requires a signature and provides tracking. Along with your clothing you must include a note with your name, contact information, order number, and details of a return address. I cannot be held responsible for any damaged or lost items sent to me.

You (the customer) are responsible for the cost of sending their items of clothing to me.

By sending your items/clothing to Foxgrove Keepsakes you are giving full permission for all items to be cut and transformed into the keepsake(s) of your choosing. Because all keepsake(s) are custom made to order, I'm unable to accept any returns or provide refunds. Any uncut items will be returned with the completed keepsake(s), note: if you purposefully send too many items there will be an additional return postage charge. Any scraps and cut items will not be returned to you, unless specifically requested, again there will be an additional postage fee for this.

All clothing should be in a clean and undamaged condition, if the clothing is too damaged or stained it will be sent back at the customers cost. If you are unsure about the suitability or material of clothing please contact me before sending the items.

You have a maximum of 6 months after purchase to send your clothing to us, after this we may ask for additional payment to complete the order.

PERSONALISATION
All personalisation, extras and special requirements must be put in writing to me, and they must be fully agreed by myself at the time of ordering. We will do our best to honour all requests but cannot guarantee to include all special requests.  Any changes after your order has been placed may result in additional charges.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check that all spellings and dates are correct for personalisation before completing the purchase.

KEEPSAKE TIMESCALES
I work extremely hard to ensure your keepsake(s) arrives with you within the timescales shown. However in some instances this is not possible due to a number of reasons. Foxgrove Keepsakes reserves the right to extend the timescales in these instances and you will be notified by email with a new time scale.

KEEPSAKE CARE & SAFETY 
Keepsakes are not intended or designed to be hand washed, machine washed or tumble dried. I would highly recommend against this and Foxgrove Keepsakes cannot take responsibility for the outcome of the keepsake in this circumstance. We recommend wiping with a damp cloth or lint roller.

Please note that as these keepsakes are often made from delicate, well-worn clothes, they can not be CE tested and therefore come with the following: Warning: This product is not suitable for children under 14 years of age. They are not toys. They are designed as decorative display items only.

It is important to be aware that blankets or cushions should NOT be used in the cot for any baby under the age of one.

Foxgrove Keepsakes do not accept any responsibility for the misuse of keepsakes.

PATTERN COPYRIGHTS
The pattern used to create the “Beloved Bear” keepsake is designed by Simplicity. The “Forever Fox” pattern has been designed by Funky Friends Factory and the “Forget-me-not Elephant" pattern is designed by Huggable Patterns. “Bella Bunny” has been designed by Foxgrove Keepsakes as an adaptation on the Beloved Bear pattern designed by Simplicity.  

OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHTS, AND LOGOS. 
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Victoria Reed. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a licence in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, licence, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Victoria Reed, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Victoria Reed assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of my service; and (iii) any unauthorised access to or use of my secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

PROMOTIONAL EMAILS AND CONTENT 
You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from me, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide me with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just contact me at any time.

DISCLAIMER 
I do my best to ensure that all of the information on our website is correct. All the materials on Foxgrove Keepsakes's Website are provided "as is". Foxgrove Keepsakes makes no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, therefore negates all other warranties. Furthermore, Foxgrove Keepsakes does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on its Website or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to this Website. Given the handmade and bespoke features of our products, all measurements are approximate. It's important to know that all keepsakes and other memory items can vary greatly in their appearance due to the types of materials supplied by you. And whilst I use the same patterns for each keepsake any variations are therefore unavoidable and I will not replace items where they do not exactly match the product example photograph on the website. I cannot be held liable for any loss of or damage to customer items.

GOVERNING LAW 
Any claim related to Foxgrove Keepsakes' Website shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales without regards to its conflict of law provisions.
