Shipping 

You can choose to have your finished keepsake(s) sent via either Royal Mail First Class Recorded Service from just £4.99 or Courier Service (DPD) from £8.99, with proof of postage and tracking provided. These details will be forwarded to you, the customer, once items have been shipped. Please see below for more details. 

 

Shipping Policy 

All finished keepsakes will be sent via the Royal Mail or courier service, proof of postage and tracking provided. These details will be forwarded to the customer once items have been shipped.

Please note that there is always an element of risk with using a courier or postal service and whilst we will always assist in any issues should items go missing, it is the customers responsibility to track the package using the tracking details provided.

Foxgrove Keepsakes do not take any responsibility for any damages which occur after your keepsake has been dispatched. Such issues should be forwarded to the delivery provider. 

At this time, Foxgrove Keepsakes only offers shipping within the UK. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, and Foxgrove Keepsakes cannot be held liable for delays due to customs. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

 

Payment Policy  

To secure a specific timeframe for your keepsake creation, a non-refundable deposit of £20 per keepsake is required. This deposit will be deducted from your final order total. Payment must be made within 7 days of the invoice date. All items must be paid for in full before work on your keepsake(s) can commence. Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. If you wish to use another payment method, please contact Foxgrove Keepsakes to discuss.

Discounts may be available for larger multiple keepsake orders; however, these cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
 

Returns and Refunds Policy 

You can cancel your order at any time prior to production of your keepsake commencing. You can do this by contacting Foxgrove Keepsakes immediately. If work on your order has not been started you will be offered a 50% refund and the items of clothing will be returned to you.

You cannot cancel your order once production has commenced due to the bespoke nature of the item.

I am unable to accept returns. If for any reason you change your mind and would like a refund please contact Foxgrove Keepsakes immediately. Each will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

If any fault is deemed to be that of Foxgrove Keepsakes I will happily correct any mistakes made and cover the cost of return postage. I cannot refund or exchange customer damaged items, however corrections can be made for an admin fee of £20 with the cost of return postage being the responsibility of the customer.

If returning an item, please ensure proof of postage is obtained as Foxgrove Keepsakes can accept no responsibility for items until they have arrived with me.
